  I eat here everytime I go to the southern hills mall because it's literally the only sushi place in the mall but it's also super good and not pricy. The buzzers are dope too.

  It's crazy that the best sushi in Siouxland is at the mall...but it is! My Mom and I are huge sushi lovers and we've tried pretty much everywhere in Sioux City and joining cities/towns that serve sushi...this is our favorite. The portions are great. They can get super busy and it's a tiny bit of a wait almost every time, but it's worth it. Now they've added those little disks that light up when your food is ready; super smart. I have once had someone take the tray intended for me and it was a bit of an argument to get my food remade.
  
  It is a little weird eating sushi off of super cheap paper plates and I'd like a little more soy sauce provided. If you go up and ask for more they charge you 50 cents.
  
  Chopsticks! Yay! Love when I get to practice using them. But they have forks, too. Just gotta ask for them. And they'll happily give you Togo containers if you're like me and order too much.
  
  Fountain sodas are small cups and you pay for refills, but if you get a bubble tea or a smoothie it's a perfect size.
  
  Gave it 4 out of 5 stars because the place does sometimes give me the burps.

  I found this place on Yelp and it had a good rating, so I put it in my GPS and my coworker and I started heading there.  Almost turned around when I realized it was in the mall, but decided to try it anyway.  
  
  We were pleasantly surprised at how good it was.  Lots of variety and fresh tasting sushi and the rolls are a good size.  The avocado was fresh and adequately ripened.  The spicy tuna was good, just the right amount of spiciness.  The rice kind of came apart easily, but it was still delicious.  
  
  They also serve bubble tea which was an added bonus - I had the Thai tea and my coworker had the Mango.  It was really good!
  
  Adding this to our list of top places to eat while in Sioux City.
  
  UPDATE: I had forgotten about this place...was looking on Yelp today for a spot to grab a bite and "rediscovered" it. Had a New York roll and some milk tea...totally delicious!
  
  This place has much better sushi than two other restaurants I've tried...and its also less expensive. Plus those places do not serve bubble tea. Hard to believe that the best sushi you can get around here happens to be in a mall...but it is.

  I was looking for a reasonably priced restaurant so, of course, I turned to Yelp (*****). To my surprise there was a sushi restaurant listed that was closeby.
  
  I had the sashimi dinner. The fish was fresh and nicely presented. The slices of fish were slightly smaller than at other restaurants but so was the price. Overall, I was very pleased with the meal and would certainly go there again.
  
  I only have one complaint. It is in the mall's food court. I can deal with that but it is right next to the children's play area. Change your seat and enjoy your meal - I did.

  Actually the best sushi around! Friendly service. I've literally had sushi around the entire country and this sushi can hold its own against sushi in big cities! Yum!
